Terms and conditions

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms and conditions govern the use of NGESENGO and of all betting and gaming services offered on it. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted them in full.

The betting rules, the privacy policy, the responsible gaming policy and the specific terms of each promotion form an integral part of these terms.

2. The operator

3. Who may play

Only people aged at least 18, legally capable and located in a territory where the service is permitted may open an account and play.

Only one account is allowed per person, per phone number and per payment method. Duplicate accounts may be closed and the bets placed on them voided.

4. Opening and securing your account

The information you give at registration must be accurate and up to date. The phone number must be in your name: it identifies you and receives your mobile money payments.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell support immediately about any unauthorised use.

5. Identity verification

We may ask you at any time to prove your identity, your age and that the phone number is yours, in particular before a withdrawal. Until verification is complete, withdrawals may be suspended.

6. Deposits and withdrawals

The account is held in Congolese francs (CDF). Deposits and withdrawals are made with the payment methods shown in the Deposit section of your account, from and to a payment method in your name.

Minimum and maximum amounts and any fees are shown before each operation is confirmed. Funds cannot be transferred to another player.

A deposit is credited only once the payment provider has confirmed the payment. A withdrawal can be cancelled as long as it has not been processed.

7. Bets

A bet is accepted when it is recorded by our systems and confirmed on screen. The odds applied are those shown when the bet is accepted.

Bets are settled according to the betting rules published on the site, which set out in particular the stake and winnings limits.

8. Bonuses and promotions

Each bonus or promotion has its own terms (amount, wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity), shown before you accept it. A bonus used in breach of these terms may be withdrawn.

9. Inactive accounts

An account with no login for a long period may be considered inactive. Before taking any action, we contact you on the registered phone number and email address. The balance remains due to the account holder.

10. Prohibited conduct

Prohibited conduct includes fraud, collusion between players, match fixing, the use of automated software, multiple accounts and money laundering.

Where we suspect such conduct, we may suspend the account, void the bets concerned, withhold related winnings and inform the competent authorities where the law requires it.

11. Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by mobile network or internet outages, nor for the player’s gaming decisions. Where a technical malfunction is established, the bets concerned may be voided and the stakes refunded.

12. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to support ([email protected]) or by ticket from your account, quoting the bet or transaction reference. We reply as quickly as possible.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may refer the matter to to be completed by the operator.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of this page. Bets already accepted remain governed by the terms in force when they were accepted.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
