1. Our approach

Betting must remain entertainment, never a source of income or a way to pay off debts. Only stake money you can afford to lose.

2. Warning signs

You stake more, or for longer, than you planned.

You try to win back your losses by staking more.

You borrow money or use household money to play.

Gambling causes tension with your family, at work or at school.

3. Our tools

From the Responsible gaming section of your account you can, at any time: set deposit, stake and loss limits (per day, week or month), turn on a session reminder, stop playing immediately for 24 hours, take a break or self-exclude.

Lowering a limit applies immediately; raising it only takes effect after 24 hours. A break or self-exclusion cannot be lifted before it ends.

4. Protecting minors

Gambling is forbidden to under-18s. We may check age at any time and close any account opened by a minor. Parents: protect your phones with a code and do not share your login details.

5. Getting help

If gambling becomes a problem, talk to someone you trust and contact our support ([email protected]): we can close your account immediately.

Help line: to be completed by the operator.
