1. General

Bets are in Congolese francs (CDF) and odds are shown in decimal format (for example 2.50). The potential return of a bet is the stake multiplied by the total odds.

A bet is final once accepted. Check your betslip before confirming it.

2. Limits

Minimum stake: 300 CDF per bet. Maximum stake: 1 000 000 CDF per bet.

Maximum winnings: 26 820 000 CDF per betslip. If the calculated winnings exceed this amount, they are capped at this amount.

3. Bet types

Single: a bet on one selection.

Multiple: several selections from different matches on one betslip; all must win and the odds are multiplied together. Some selections cannot be combined on the same betslip.

System: several combinations of the same set of selections, each settled separately; the stake shown is the stake per combination.

4. Live betting

Live odds change during the match and may be suspended at any time, for example after a goal. The bet is accepted at the odds shown when it is confirmed; if the odds have changed in the meantime, the betslip tells you.

5. Settlement

Unless the market name says otherwise, football bets are settled on regular time (90 minutes plus added time), excluding extra time and penalty shoot-outs.

Bets are settled on the official results published by our data providers.

6. Postponed, abandoned or cancelled matches

If a match is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, the selections concerned are voided and count at odds of 1.00, unless the market outcome has already been definitively decided or the detailed market rules state otherwise.

7. Obvious errors

In the event of an obvious error (odds or result displayed by mistake, match already started or finished when the bet was placed), the bets concerned may be settled at the correct odds or voided and the stake refunded.

8. Cash out

When offered, cash out lets you settle a bet before the events end for the amount shown at the time of the request. The offer may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Complaints about a bet

Any dispute must be sent to support ([email protected]) with the betslip reference, as soon as possible after the bet has been settled.
